Do I have to arrive on a specific day?

You may arrive and depart on the days to suit your flights.

Is there a min or max number of days to stay?

You  may stay from just 3 nights to as many as you wish. We gave had guests stay for 3 months, whilst training for a specific event.

Is there a single person supplement?

There is no single supplement.

I am single traveller, will there be any other single people?

The majority of our guests are single people or they decide to leave their other half at home and come away for a relaxing holiday by themselves.

Do I have to run every day?

You may run as often as you wish, twice a day, once per day or just three times during the week, it really is up to you.

Do you cater for total beginners?

 Yes, as many of our guests are total beginners. We cater for all, from beginners to elite runners. 

Do I have to bring anything specific.?

You may need swim wear, sun glasses and trail shoes If you have them

What type of running is there?

Trail, road and track. Trail runs are just so good for endurance and that means anyone running further than 400m !

How do I get from the airport to you?

You may hire a car or use an airport transfer service, such as beniconnect.com Book online, really easy. Your stop here is La Senietta in Moraira

What about food every day?

All costs are based on a half board basis, breakfast and dinner.

Do you cater for a partner, who is a non-runner?

Yes we always have other people / partners who are non-runners stay with us. In fact, it is the partner who usually books the running holiday.

Do you cater for children?

Most people want to leave children at home and relax but it depends who we have here at the time, please enquire.

Do I need specific insurance for the running activities?

We would advise you to have your own insurance policy to cover you in case you have to cancel your holiday and for trail / mountain running.

Do I need to consult my doctor, as to my current fitness for a running holiday?

We would advise you to consult your doctor, if you are taking any medication or have had any recent injuries, within the last 6 months. You are advised to inform us of any of the above. Just so we can prepare a week schedule which will be inline with your current fitness. This is all so you can enjoy your stay here and have the best experience possible. 

I have just injured myself, would it be possible to do a mix of  jogging and walking during my holiday?

Yes of course, we have guests here all the time, who are not as fit as they once were. As long as we know how fit you are before you arrive, we can make a specific programme for you. This gives us the opportunity to visit sights in nearby villages, living the Spanish experience.
