Yes, we have many runners who are not plant based but happy and curious to try for their time here. This is the holiday for you to try new tasty dishes especially for runners needs, you will be very surprised with our freshly prepared daily dinners.
Accommodation is on a half board basis, with one meal during your stay taken out in Moraira costing around 15 Euros from our recommended restaurants. The choice is yours what you choose to eat out, we do not frown on your choices but all your evening prepared meals are all plant based.
We have changed the minds of lots of runners who are now plant based for a variety of reasons. Why we did not change years ago is a mystery to us both. We feel healthier, running so much faster, lighter, better sleep, recovery from training is amazing, no aches or pains with plenty of energy. Many runners experience a natural weight loss, which appears strange given the size of portions we eat daily, a win win situation all round!!

The time had come to take control of our own health, exercise and daily food intake. We all know family and friends who have died from cancers, diabetes, heart and mental disorders. Our diets have become biased towards processed foods, some of which are major contributors to these terrible diseases.
