Your stay may be as short as one night or as long as a month. We try to arrange a race for runners whilst on their break. The weekends are tailored to your specific requirements. You may choose to enter a Marathon and stay for 14 nights, the choice is up to you. Although we specialise in running and coaching athletes, we cater for all levels of abilities, so if you want to ru the surf or Kite the surf, we have coaches on hand to help.

All activities and exercises are geared for individuals whether your stay is a short break or a longer holiday. We offer activities for those who wish to cross train, such as cycling, circuit training or yoga. You choose the type of training which suites your individual needs, you may wish to train every day, whilst others train once a week. Whatever your ability we have someone to help with you.
